The Founders of PMc
Adam began his career in customer services where he managed post sale activities for a national company. This gave him a fundamental grounding in both people management, and business knowledge. Adam quickly moved into other operational areas in order to widen his business experience, including Marketing, Information Technology and Training. Adam subsequently volunteered for working on projects within those areas, and soon realised that project management was a career he was interested in. At 27 he was successful in gaining a permanent Project Manager position within a FTSE 100 company. He then worked through the corporate ranks gaining a reputation for constant delivery of large business change and IT projects. Adam made a life-decision to leave the safety of a corporate role in April 2009 in order to put his project management skills to the ultimate test – to run his own business. He set up online video directory and within six months it is a successful Internet business providing video advertising for UK businesses. Adam is a true workaholic, and is passionate about his business interests, specifically PMc as he is genuinely committed to helping people like him achieve a successful career in project management. Adam is a qualified PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner, and a SCRUM Master.
Graham Bateman
Graham has worked in technology consulting and IT delivery management roles for some of the best known and largest organisations in the United Kingdom and Europe - for over 14 years. With an early career focused on SAP ERP and later Siebel CRM technology consulting roles, he has a wealth of experience at the sharp end of numerous large-scale IT implementation and business change projects. Like many technology consultants, Graham found himself leading development teams, before making the transition into a full time IT project management career. Now an experienced freelance technical Project and Programme Manager, Graham is passionate about the role of a project manager and takes great pride in building team camaraderie and great professional working relationships – even when working on the highest profile and demanding initiatives. Graham has accumulated all of the typical Project Management certifications and qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, SCRUM Master) over years, although he has a belief that whilst these are an indication of aptitude and an understanding of specific methodologies and approaches – the most important tool in a project manager’s arsenal is a really solid understanding of the project management basics that underpin all of these. These are shared with candidates in the PMc training courses.

We also employ our own dedicated facilitators / trainers. They are all experienced and qualified trainers, together with also having significant project management experience and qualifications.
